Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate multistage interview processes including remote and onsite scheduling.
- Manage candidate schedules and collaborate with interviewers to finalize lineups.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and collect/distribute interview feedback.
- Greet candidates and handle onsite logistics at the New York office.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
- Support adhoc projects as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 12 years of experience in human resources or recruiting.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage planned tasks alongside realtime demands in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP and advanced functions/formulas
