We are seeking an organized and efficient HR Coordinator to join our team in Dammam Saudi Arabia. As an HR Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks assisting with recruitment processes and ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the fullcycle recruitment process including job postings resume screening and interview scheduling
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Process payroll and benefits administration tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and distribute HRrelated reports and documents
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation
- Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 12 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Problemsolving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
