Troubleshoot Workday tasks produce required documents and support employees in all general HR inquiries.
Act as an HRIS/Workday SME
Guide the work of more junior team members (Associates)
Lead the creation and documentation of new processes
Qualifications :
Attention to detailed process oriented organized good communication skills
3 5 years of experience in a human resources operations role customer facing
Experience using any HRIS systems (Workday Oracle SAP etc)
Experience using any Ticketing system (Jira etc)
High level of English spoken and written
