Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- 13 years experience in sales Specifically in VOIP and Call Center Solutions.
- Proficiency in both Arabic & English is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals and negotiation techniques.
- Experience in using CRM Systems effectively.
Skills & Technical knowledge:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In depth knowledge of VOIP systems and call center solutions.
- Similarity with CRM platforms and its functionality.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and telecommunications concept.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suit.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long term relation ships
Working Conditions:
