This is a remote position.
Provide B2C and B2B customer service via phone email and live chat.
Assist customers with hotel flight and activity bookings reservations and inquiries.
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements
At least 1 year in a customer/partnerfacing role.
B2 level or above in German and English.
Willing to work in shifts (7 AM 10 PM Cairo time) including weekends and public holidays.
