Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


The Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for formulating the Marketing strategies for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Brands in Egypt thereafter implementing the marketing strategy through relevant plans, programs and promotions, in order to support the business units in meeting the business objectives and achieving topline revenue and product management profit and loss targets including Account Management, Marketing Operations and Administration, Product and Brand Marketing.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Supports Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment's business expansion and objectives efficiently through the highest standards of customer experience, stakeholder management, and cost-effective management of resources, maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Leads the way by engraining global best practices, following the values, mission and vision, and consistently displaying integrity, and developing, empowering and motivating the marketing team to meet the agreed strategic goals.
  • Develops talent in a mentorship capacity by guiding key marketing operations in the execution of their duties when necessary, ensuring constant honing of their skills, performing performance appraisal for outstanding performers.
  • Oversees all marketing, social, content and communications departments and is responsible for the creation of integrated marketing strategies that will build the business’s brand, leading to increased revenue, awareness, engagement.
  • Monitors the consumer and competitive environment and performance analyses.
  • Analyzes the lead flow and working flow within the marketing department in order to guarantee the achievement of the department’s goals.
  • Implements the creative strategy for all brand and marketing communications and the execution and effectiveness of regional brand campaigns, platforms and campaign assets that can be used across all markets.
  • Works closely with Senior Executives leading the marketing department in driving strong marketing strategies and availing opportunities that will lead to marketing enablement and marketing alignment with processes and initiatives.

Desired candidate profile

Holds a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university preferably with Specialization in Marketing.
Have around 10+ years international experience in the marketing function within FMCG/ Leisure and/or entertainment industry with a proven track record of success.
Ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization as well as externally.
Previous experience in CRM solutions, marketing automation, and extended experience working in a digital marketing environment.
Data and analytics centric, working with major brands that use analytics as part of the go-to market strategy.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Implements the creative strategy for all brand and marketing communications and the execution and effectiveness of regional brand campaigns, platforms and campaign assets that can be used across all markets.
Works closely with Senior Executives leading the marketing department in driving strong marketing strategies and availing opportunities that will lead to marketing enablement and marketing alignment with processes and initiatives.
