The Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for formulating the Marketing strategies for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Brands in Egypt thereafter implementing the marketing strategy through relevant plans, programs and promotions, in order to support the business units in meeting the business objectives and achieving topline revenue and product management profit and loss targets including Account Management, Marketing Operations and Administration, Product and Brand Marketing.
ROLE PROFILE
Holds a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university preferably with Specialization in Marketing.
Have around 10+ years international experience in the marketing function within FMCG/ Leisure and/or entertainment industry with a proven track record of success.
Ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization as well as externally.
Previous experience in CRM solutions, marketing automation, and extended experience working in a digital marketing environment.
Data and analytics centric, working with major brands that use analytics as part of the go-to market strategy.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Implements the creative strategy for all brand and marketing communications and the execution and effectiveness of regional brand campaigns, platforms and campaign assets that can be used across all markets.
Works closely with Senior Executives leading the marketing department in driving strong marketing strategies and availing opportunities that will lead to marketing enablement and marketing alignment with processes and initiatives.
