Reporting directly to the Record To Report Tower Lead, you will manage a team and have responsibility for delivery on defined Finance Shared Services Centres processes covering: accounting, reporting, financial controls, tax and law compliance and effective month end closing. Your duties will also include reviewing and improving the day to day operations, processes, way of working, and monthly balance sheet schedules. You will be the key point of contact for the internal and external audits.
ROLE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a must.
Minimum 7 years of experience in General Ledger.
Supervisory experience is necessary. Work in a shared services environment is desired.
Process improvement outlook.
Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good written and oral communication skills - Fluent English.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess complex workflows and derive actionable insights.
Problem-Solving: Strong capability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Clear and effective communication to convey process changes and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple initiatives and ensuring timely delivery.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, automation technologies, and software solutions.
Change Management: Experience in guiding teams through process transitions and fostering adoption.
