- Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring:
- Develop and implement a business analysis approach based on the project context and stakeholder needs.
- Plan and manage business analysis activities including the identification of stakeholders determining deliverables and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Elicitation and Collaboration:
- Conduct thorough elicitation of business stakeholder solution and transition requirements using a variety of techniques such as interviews workshops surveys and document analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and validate requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders business units and development teams.
- Requirements Life Cycle Management:
- Manage and maintain requirements from inception through to implementation ensuring they are documented traced and aligned with business goals.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value risk and urgency and manage changes to requirements in an organized and controlled manner.
- Ensure the traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategy Analysis:
- Analyze the current state of the business to understand strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats.
- Define future state models that align with strategic objectives and propose initiatives to close the gaps between the current and future state.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess potential risks benefits and impacts of proposed solutions.
- Requirements Analysis and Design Definition:
- Analyze structure and prioritize requirements to ensure they are clearly defined and documented.
- Define and model potential solutions that meet business needs and evaluate options to determine the best approach.
- Validate that the design and solution meet the requirements and business objectives.
- Solution Evaluation:
- Assess the performance and effectiveness of solutions postimplementation to ensure they deliver the expected outcomes.
- Identify and document any gaps risks or issues that may arise and recommend corrective actions.
- Measure and report on the business value delivered by the solution and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business administration Computer science/engineering Software engineering Information Systems or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the BABOK framework.
- Professional certification (e.g. CBAP CCBA) from IIBA is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in business analysis requirements management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with various business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
