- Work closely with Senior Managers and Accounts Management team to align marketing activities and materials to mlcoas sales and marketing plans
- Responsible for creating and preparing all promotional materials and campaigns alongside driving technical requirements.
- Manage mlcoa LinkedIn pages including content creation reporting on results and optimising activity accordingly.
- Plan create and schedule weekly and monthly communications in line with promotions events and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing calendar to ensure all activity is on track as planned and stakeholders are kept up to date on the status of work.
- Ownership of brand websites ensuring all content is up to date working closely with external agencies to carry out required maintenance and updates.
- Develop and create all marketing materials in line with brand guidelines including flyers product sheets presentations brochures and infographics.
- Organise and execute conferencing events sponsorship and association relationships. Including end to end support of quarterly inperson educational seminars.
- Organise and oversee mlcoas national webinar schedule including setting up event in Teams Webinar preparing marketing material and comms to advertise to customers (Quick word LinkedIn mlcoa Website vault Resources) support speaker with formatting slides and on the day of the session set up resources webpage and event survey etc.
- Manage mlcoa team email signatures via Exclaimer Cloud including producing banners in line with current campaign
- Oversee the mlcoa pages on the MedHealth intranet including internal and external document management
- Support and collaborate with stakeholders across mlcoa and wider MedHealth organisation.
- Monitor mlcoa national email inbox and distribute correspondence to the appropriate individual or state / territory office
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualifications in marketing highly desirable
- Understanding of IME/ Medico Legal Services & Insurance industry desirable
Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience working within similar role
- Strong computer skills with an eye for graphic design
- Highly proficient in Microsoft and Adobe applications is preferred.
- Experience with Wordpress (essential).
- Experience producing EDM communications using an application such as Hubspot
