Job Description
Title: C&B Digitization
Location: Banglore
Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)
Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner Preferred)
Experience: 6 Years
What youll do:
- Drive C&B digitization across various verticals.
- Work with the C&B functional team and the IT technical team to bridge the functional requirement understanding
- Create program plans and track them to closure with relevant teams.
- Facilitate the overall digitization
Mandatory skills:
HRIS Business analysis skills Program Management C&B digitization HR background
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fastchanging environment.
- Creative selfdisciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
Driving Results:
- Good single contributor & good team player.
- Flexible attitude towards work as per the needs.
- Proactively identify & communicate issues and risks.
