The HR Generalist Compensation & Benefits will report to HR Manager of APAC and play a pivotal role in managing and administering the organizations compensation and benefits programs. This position will also contribute to broader HR activities including compliance payroll coordination and employee support fostering a positive work environment aligned with the companys values and goals.
Payroll Execution:
- Execute the periodic payrolls (for both officebased employees and factory workers) to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefitsrelated deductions.
- Verify and reconcile payroll changes such as salary adjustments bonuses and benefits contributions
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws tax regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for audits reports and compliance purposes.
- Monitor legislative changes and recommend updates to company policies and programs to maintain compliance.
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation benefits and HR policy inquiries.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes particularly in areas related to pay and benefits.
- Support HR initiatives and programs such as performance reviews engagement surveys and workforce planning.
HR Projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects policies and best practices.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to align HR programs with organizational goals.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 45 years working experience in C&B payroll management for factory environment at similar size;
- Experience in an international environment/ global collaboration
- Good knowledge of Excel Word Outlook Pivot
- Knowledge of Labor law PIT law Social insurances law
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams Power PI) as a plus.
- English communication ability is a plus
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures benefits programs and labor law compliance
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment
