Our client is a company specialized in financial services who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Strategic planning & Budgeting:
Develop and implement people strategies policies and procedures that align with the strategic direction of the Company s vision values and its short and mediumterm business goals.
Define and monitor staff cost budgets to optimize productivity and efficiency across the organization.
Operational excellence & Compliance:
Assess and recommend organizational changes to ensure the workforce structure aligns with business needs and market trends.
Offer advice and consultancy on creating effective employment policies and programs across the company.
Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR solutions that align company and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws industry standards and best practices.
Lead the HR Department to achieve operational and customer excellence by:
Standardizing HR models structures processes and procedures.
Establishing and improving robust recruiting and onboarding processes to attract the right talent to meet business objectives.
Enhancing rewards and recognition programs to retain high performers while remaining competitive in the market.
Improving performance management frameworks and linking them to talent development.
Enhancing competencies and connecting them to learning solutions provided to individuals and businesses.
People development:
Provide leadership mentorship and best practices to HR teams fostering professional growth and competency development.
Other responsibilities:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the GD and company leaders.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline is required; a Master s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of HR experience including at least 5 years in a management role
Excellent verbal written and active listening communication skills.
Strong ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and think conceptually.
Creativity in developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
