The position is responsible for DTS Project Management of Hotels Design in accordance with Accors Product & Brand Standards and Local Government regulations.
The ability to establish & maintain Owners relationship
To Ensure Client aligned with ACCOR STANDARDS fully
The ability to effectively convince with stakeholders/ owners/ design companies and other team members towards brand compliance
Interaction with owners/ stakeholders/ design consultants
Maintaining good relationship with owner & project stakeholders. Towards common objective in interest of Accor and avoiding conflicts
Making decision towards Accor and owners interest enabling mutual agreement without conflicts
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree specialised in Architecture or Building Science
Relevant experience in the hotel industry with Project Management strength and understanding design.
Experience with a hotel operator company
Additional Information :
Knowledge of MS Outlook MS Office Suite AutoCAD Sketchup (Intermediate)
