Provide legal advice to the Executive Board CEO and Company s leadership regarding the direction management and operation of the Company in compliance with legal regulations.
Offer legal guidance to all units across the system on laws related to Company s activities.
Advise and provide legal training for the Company s employees.
Assist in controlling the process of resolving complaints within the units.
Evaluate and propose plans to protect the Companys legal interests and represent the Company in litigation to safeguard its and its employees rights.
Provide required information to the government authorities (e.g. police courts enforcement agencies) related to the internal security of the Company.
Investigate and resolve issues related to personnel fraud and internal security threats affecting the Company.
Act as the main contact with state authorities to resolve issues related to the Company s internal security.
Oversee compliance with policies procedures and products to ensure alignment with Company s operations and relevant laws.
Participate in contributing opinions to the State Bank of Vietnam on policy drafts related to banking operations.
Update and evaluate the impact of new legal regulations on the Company s operations.
Lead the implementation of antimoney laundering controls across all systems.
Manage the organization supervision and implementation of debt recovery solutions including urging handling collateral litigation asset sales etc. with the primary goal of recovering debts for the Company contributing to increased income reduced nonperforming loans and lower provision costs for the Company.
Perform consulting feedback evaluation and propose preventive measures for arising bad debts.
Guide train and develop the expertise of individuals within the unit.
Supervise evaluate and manage the performance of individuals within the unit.
Coordinate with Human Resources to develop and adjust personnel policies (recruitment salary resignation compensation...) incentive programs performance management evaluation processes and training and development programs to develop staff within the unit.
Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
Bachelors degree or higher in Law (Economic Law Civil Law Criminal Law Administrative Law or related fields). Preference for candidates graduating from Hanoi Law University Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
Over 07 years of experience in senior management positions in the legal field debt handling at foreign financial institutions or banks or banks of equivalent or larger scale and development level than the Company.
Strong understanding of banking regulations especially those related to debt recovery and the ability to design and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
Demonstrate strong leadership connection training and mentoring skills.
