Job Description
- Attendance of knowhow sessions.
- Familiarization with the legal organization policies and central directives of Bosch in SEA.
- Perform legal researches in all aspect of Vietnam laws (corporate business activities commercial investment cybersecurity and data protection real estates IP etc.).
- Support in drafting and vetting internal guidelines and standards.
- Support in drafting internal legal circulars proposals for management approval.
- Coordination with external service providers including translators and corporate secretarial service providers.
- Assist in creation of internal checklists management of legal database of contracts entity constitutional documents clause library etc.
Qualifications :
- Final year from university majoring in Law entitled as fulltime student during the 6month internship.
- Working experience in foreign companies or prestigious law firms is preferable.
- Eloquent English (writing and speaking) and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Have strong academic record.
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discipline and ability to work effectively and independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to identify good practices and areas for improvement in team performance.
- Openminded curious about business.
- Working hour: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Mon Fri).
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
