Role Purpose
The Technical Platform Manager is responsible for maintaining our clients highavailability platforms operational excellence reliability and scalability (Run Mode). Reporting directly to the CTO this role focuses on ensuring peak platform performance while adhering to stringent SLAs. Expertise in this position will be crucial to sustaining customer satisfaction and upholding the commitment to delivering an exceptional highperforming platform.
How They Measure Success
Adherence to SLAs including uptime and fast response times
Efficient incident management covering functional performance and security aspects
Proactive technical upgrades and predictive management to mitigate potential issues
High platform performance resulting in optimal response times and strong customer satisfaction3
Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Team Management: This role coordinates with Product Owners and developers who separately report to the CTO for projectrelated tasks.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Ensure platform operability maintaining reliability and high performance.
Continuously monitor and manage all aspects of platform operations to meet SLA compliance.
Oversee and resolve incidents promptly addressing functional performance and security issues.
Collaborate with developers to quickly troubleshoot and correct technical challenges.
Proactively implement technical upgrades to prevent potential platform vulnerabilities.
Keep the platforms response time low to meet customer expectations and drive high satisfaction.
Ensure transparency and accuracy by providing clear and professional reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to propose improvements and ensure seamless platform updates.
Engage in continuous process improvement for better operational efficiency.
Requirements
Musthave Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing highavailability platforms.
Proven experience in international companies.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Advanced MS SQL Server expertise (query optimization database scaling).
Strong understanding of AWS services and Kubernetesbased microservices architecture.
NicetoHave Requirements
Exposure to fintech or SaaS platforms.
Certifications in AWS Kubernetes or MS SQL Server.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
