For lead role: 10 years of software development experience with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineer role focused on network management and orchestration in the WiFi domain..

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and deployment of network management and orchestration
solutions for Wireless LAN devices using Java and/or Go.
Architect and develop cloudnative applications and microservices that scale across distributed
systems utilizing AWS GCP or Azure cloud environments.
Implement highperformance scalable solutions for managing complex wireless network environments ensuring WiFi device management client provisioning and network optimization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers QA engineers and network architects to deliver network management features on time.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integrations with network devices cloud platforms and thirdparty services.
Utilize database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) for efficient data management storage and retrieval of network data metrics and configurations.
Work with messaging systems (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ) to enable scalable eventdriven architecture for realtime network management and orchestration.
Focus on continuous integration CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure consistent and rapid delivery of features.
Optimize the system for performance and scalability focusing on lowlatency and highthroughput applications in wireless environments.
Lead the effort to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems with an emphasis on network performance device connectivity and system health.
Mentor junior engineers ensuring high coding standards efficient practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Skills & Expertise:
Programming Languages: Extensive experience with Java (preferably Java 8) and/or Go for backend system development in a microservices architecture.
Cloud & Microservices: Strong knowledge of cloudnative design and architecture with handson experience using AWS GCP or Azure for building scalable network management solutions.
Database Technologies: Expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB Cassandra DynamoDB Elasticsearch) including data modeling querying and performance optimization.
Messaging Systems: Handson experience with eventdriven architecture and messaging systems like Apache Kafka RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ for handling realtime communication between services.
WiFi Standards & Protocols: Expertise in development of management services for WiFi 5 (802.11ac) WiFi 6 (802.11ax) WiFi 6E and legacy WiFi standards like 802.11n.
o Knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP DNS DHCP HTTP/HTTPS SNMP and their integration in wireless network management.
o Expertise in WiFi security protocols such as WPA3 WPA2 802.1X RADIUS and AES encryption for secure wireless access.
API Development & Testing: Strong hands on experience in developing RESTful APIs and integration testing to ensure smooth interoperability with Wireless and Wired devices.
CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI and other modern DevOps practices for automated testing building and deployment pipelines.
Performance Optimization: Strong problemsolving skills for optimizing applications for performance scalability and lowlatency environments in hightraffic distributed systems.
Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum Kanban) with experience managing complex tasks and collaborating in crossfunctional teams.
