Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Portuguesespeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries complaints and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot product and service issues offering clear solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Good command of English both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
