We are seeking enthusiastic and customerfocused ItalianSpeaking Contact Centre Agents to join our dynamic team in Mosta Malta. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support while resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat in Italian.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or procedural issues.
- Stay updated on company products services and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in English for internal communication is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service or contact center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
