About the Company
Our client is a regulated forex company operating an online platform open to professional traders and beginners. The platform offers a wide range of investment instruments and must comply with strict regulations in terms of marketing and advertising.
They are currently running several PPC campaigns and need a dedicated conversion agent to help convert Hindispeaking leads into clients.
What Youll Do:
As a Conversion Agent your main duty will be interacting with all new leads and
converting them into customers using the most effective leadnurturing strategies.
You will also keep in touch with customers and give them clear and accurate
explanations on various topics such as: how to open an account funding options
and how to start trading.
Here are the main tasks you will perform:
Build and maintain strong private client relationships.
Convert new leads into active trading clients.
Deliver professional guidance and toptier service to both new and existing
clients.
Provide proactive and tailored solutions for platform and tradingrelated
inquiries.
Explain payment process mechanisms clearly and effectively.
Keep clients updated with regular market insights and developments.Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through professional and clear
communication.
Assist clients with deposits withdrawals and account management.
Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with relevant authority
regulations.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must meet the following conditions:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in Hindi with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with trading platforms.
Professional collaborative and highly motivated team player.
Dynamic selfmotivated and driven by sales success.
Confident ambitious and eager to achieve targets.
