Job Description

Are you experienced in understanding customers concerns satisfactorily solving
them and determining them to stay loyal to a brand Also are you fluent in spoken
and written Hindi Then you may be the right fit for our Retention Agent Indian
Speaking position.

We are looking for a person with great persuasion skills. You must be a good

listener and remain calm and polite in challenging situations. Most importantly
you must be able to provide effective and professional solutions to customers
complaints without compromising the image of the company you are working for.

About the Company


Our client is a regulated forex company operating an online platform open to professional traders and beginners. The platform offers a wide range of investment instruments and must comply with strict regulations in terms of marketing and advertising.

They are currently looking for a skilled Indian speaking retention agent who can help them keep their customers loyal for a long time.

Responsibilities:

As a Retention Agent your main job duty is communicating with clients who are
ready to leave. Your responsibility is to address their complaints and find the best
resolution according to the companys policies.

These are the main duties that you will perform:

Engage with customers at risk of leaving to understand and address their
concerns.
Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and improve retention
strategies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Build strong customer relationships and monitor satisfaction levels.
Prepare reports on retention metrics and suggest improvements.
Identify upsell opportunities and assist in developing retention programs.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure resolution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:
Experience in a Retention Agent or similar role.
Fluent in Hindi with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational analytical and negotiation skills.
Customerfocused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Highschool diploma; the bachelors degree is a plus.
Sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
