As part of the commercial Hub team within the T Systems sales organization we closely collaborate with the international sales team to convert leads into opportunities and participate in bids RFQ RFI processes We lead solution design bid managements proposal management
We are seeking a suitable candidate with German language expertise who has understanding willing to learn the bid processes managing deals and presales processes Candidates with understanding of SAP functional processes ITSM processes will have an added advantage
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment where candidates can develop their skills in project management leadership and sales strategies Candidate will also have exposure and opportunity to develop technical skills in SAP area
This role is crucial for driving our business development initiatives and securing profitable contracts
Areas of Expertise
Bid Management Comprehensive understanding of the bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal submission
SAP Solutions Knowledge Familiarity with SAP products and services including their application in various industries
Stakeholder Engagement Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams including sales technical legal and finance
Proposal Writing Strong skills in developing compelling bid documents that adhere to client specifications
Your responsibilities
Support Lead the Bid Process Manage the end to end bid process including opportunity identification qualification and submission of proposals
Support in develop Bid Strategies Formulate and execute effective bid strategies that align with company goals and client requirements
Stakeholder Management Engage with various internal teams sales technical legal finance to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed comprehensively
Compliance Assurance Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements regulations and industry and T Systems standards
Performance Monitoring Track bid performance metrics analyze win loss data and identify areas for improvement
Post deal analysis Conduct post bid analysis and implement lessons learned for future bids refine processes and templates to enhance efficiency
Qualification
Bachelor s degree in engineering science business administration or a related field
Master s degree preferred
German language competency B2
5 years of experience in related field preferably in Presales Sales SAP domain
Desired Skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in bid preparation
Strong Excel PowerPoint MS word and other MS suites skills
Experience in leading virtual teams and managing remote collaboration
German language competency B2 Proficient in Read Write and speak
Business fluent English skills both spoken and written
