We are looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Account Executive with expertise in B2B sales to join our team in Bangalore. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients building strong relationships and driving successful deal closures to fuel our companys growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify qualify and close new business opportunities.
- Build lasting relationships with clients understanding their requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and updates in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Proficiency in understanding client needs and translating them into effective solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales management software.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a resultsdriven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the specific industry/domain sector is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like e.g. HubSpot Salesforce is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field.
