Role Overview:
We are looking for a Frenchspeaking Customer Support Representative who will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires flexibility as it includes working on a rotational shift basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and live chat.
- Provide clear accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to offer optimal assistance.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document and update customer records with relevant information.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Legal eligibility to work in Portugal.
