Job Title: Germanspeaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a motivated Germanspeaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens Greece. In this role you will assist Germanspeaking customers by providing excellent support via phone email and chat. You will resolve issues answer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat in German.
- Offer troubleshooting support and solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide timely accurate and friendly assistance.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet customer service goals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) with good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligible to live and work in Greece (valid work permit required).
