Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance for desktop hardware and software
- 1 year of Experience with networking routing switching Windows 11 Installation LAN cables Biometric fingerprint Microsoft Outlook configurations VOIP Phone lines configurations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop computers peripherals and network connectivity
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain and update documentation for desktop configurations and troubleshooting procedures
- Assist in managing user accounts permissions and access rights
- Manage hardware inventory and maintenance tasks
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
- Conduct regular system and security updates
- Train and educate users on basic IT troubleshooting and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong knowledge of hardware components and peripherals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Good understanding of network protocols and configurations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
