Job Description

Company: Reventum
Experience: 02 years
Mode: Onsite
Location: Hyderabad

Night Shift:6:30PM to 3:30AM


Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance for desktop hardware and software
  • 1 year of Experience with networking routing switching Windows 11 Installation LAN cables Biometric fingerprint Microsoft Outlook configurations VOIP Phone lines configurations
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop computers peripherals and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain and update documentation for desktop configurations and troubleshooting procedures
  • Assist in managing user accounts permissions and access rights
  • Manage hardware inventory and maintenance tasks
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular system and security updates
  • Train and educate users on basic IT troubleshooting and best practices

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of hardware components and peripherals
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Good understanding of network protocols and configurations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
