Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and external clients.
- Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of software/hardware systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions on time.
- Document and maintain records of technical support interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical problems.
- Train clients and internal users on system functionalities and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide remote support and onsite assistance as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and efficient support services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- PGDSE B.Tech or BCA degree.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer support tools and remote troubleshooting is a plus.
