Dutchspeaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Bucharest Romania (Onsite)

Language Requirement: Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and English (B2 level or higher)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Dutchspeaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bucharest. In this role you will assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer requests via phone email and chat in Dutch.
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer queries ensuring firsttime resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and services.
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and maintain uptodate records in the system.
- Follow company procedures and adhere to servicelevel agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in Bucharest Romania.
