Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing ageappropriate curriculum
- Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
- Assessing and monitoring childrens progress
- Communicating with parents and caregivers
- Supervising outdoor and indoor activities
- Teaching basic skills such as colors shapes letters and numbers
- Providing individualized attention to children
- Collaborating with other teachers and staff
- Organizing and participating in events and activities
- Establishing and enforcing rules and routines
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Proven experience working with young children
- Familiarity with child development theories and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom and provide a positive learning environment
- Patience and empathy towards young learners
- Knowledge of instructional methods and ageappropriate teaching techniques
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Understanding of child psychology and behavior management
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues
- Proficient in using educational tools and technology
- Flexible and adaptable to different learning styles
- Understanding of health and safety regulations for young children
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
