Job Description

Position: Sales Representative B2B (Field)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative B2B to join our field sales team. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of specialized labels including Garment Labels Soft PVC Labels and PVC Labels to business clients. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building lasting partnerships in a fastpaced B2B environment this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of various labeling solutions such as Garment Labels Soft PVC Labels and PVC Labels.
  • Present and demonstrate products effectively to prospective clients showcasing their unique benefits.
  • Build and nurture longlasting relationships with clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to seize new business opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and provide regular performance updates to the management team.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows networking events and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B field sales preferably within the labeling or packaging industry.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Selfstarter: Ability to work independently manage time efficiently and thrive in a targetdriven environment.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
Additional Requirements:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing market dynamics of the labeling industry.
