Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Source and identify potential candidates through online channels and networking
- Screen and shortlist candidates using various selection tools and techniques
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate interactions and data
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Non IT Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
