We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process for nonIT positions with our clients. This includes sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to meet the clients requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards social media employee referrals and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further consideration.
- Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation and finalization of job offers.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies legal requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
