Job Description

Job Title: NonIT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Job Type: Fulltime

Experience Required: Freshers

Education: Any degree


Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic NonIT Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities across various nontechnical sectors such as banking finance marketing sales human resources and customer service. The successful candidate will support our recruitment efforts by sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms including job boards social media and networking to identify potential candidates.
Screening Applications: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conducting Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Job Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates and feedback.
Data Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics such as timetofill and candidate conversion rates to improve hiring processes.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
ProblemSolving Skills: Capable of identifying issues in the recruitment process and suggesting improvements.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools is a plus.
