Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract talent using various platforms such as job portals LinkedIn and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle including scheduling interviews followups and closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Use SphinxHire s ATS to track applications evaluate candidates and streamline hiring processes.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in IT tech or corporate hiring).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Naukri Monster etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (experience with SphinxHire is a plus!).

Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (technical and non-technical hiring preferred).
