HR Recruiter (BPO)
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the staffing operations of a BPO organization ensuring that the right talent is attracted sourced and placed into positions that align with business needs. This role involves understanding the dynamics of the BPO industry including peak seasons skill requirements and cultural fit. An effective recruiter not only identifies candidates with the right qualifications but also ensures a seamless recruitment process that enhances the organizations reputation. Given the highvolume nature of BPO recruitment the HR Recruiter must be adept at managing multiple requisitions efficiently while providing a positive experience for candidates. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements and may also engage in outreach strategies to attract top talent. The HR Recruiter is vital in fostering a strong talent pipeline that supports the BPOs operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for BPO roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals social media and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments and assist in developing interview questions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Develop and present job offers to selected candidates including salary and benefits negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the efficiency of recruitment processes.
  • Conduct reference and background checks for prospective employees.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment for BPO.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve the overall recruitment experience.
  • Provide recommendations for improving the recruitment process and employer brand.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations and workforce requirements.
  • Proficient in using ATS and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve HR practices.
