We are seeking a visionary and experienced Cluster Director of Food & Beverage to join our team in Windhoek Namibia. In this pivotal leadership role you will oversee and elevate the food and beverage operations across multiple properties ensuring exceptional dining experiences and driving financial success.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings across all properties in the cluster
- Lead and mentor a team of F&B managers chefs and staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain highquality standards
- Analyze financial performance manage budgets and implement costcontrol measures to maximize profitability
- Create innovative menu concepts and pricing strategies that align with market trends and guest preferences
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations across all F&B outlets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns for restaurants and bars
- Foster relationships with local suppliers and vendors to source highquality ingredients and products
- Conduct regular property visits to maintain consistency in service standards and operational efficiency
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices to keep the F&B offerings competitive and appealing
- Participate in executivelevel meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the hospitality group
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum 610 years of experience in food and beverage management with a proven track record in multiunit or cluster management
- Demonstrated experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting forecasting and P&L management
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and pointofsale systems
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage trends operations and best practices
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with local and international culinary scenes
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region is a plus
