We are now looking for our next colleague a driven and proactive Business Digital Center of Excellenceexperienced in Financial process and IT solutions to join the Global Finance Transformation team part of Polestar Group Finance based at Polestar HQ in Torslanda Gothenburg.

Working in the Global Finance Transformation team gives a big opportunity to a wide circle of contacts within Polestar Group. Working both globally and crossfunctional as well as getting a comprehensive view of the financial activities within the group.

Your scope will be to identify anchor and drive the finance transformation agenda at Polestar. Together with the line organization you will identify prioritize and drive initiatives that will constantly improve the Polestar finance activities from an efficiency and compliance perspective.

What youll do

• Be the Finance Center of Excellence from a solution standpoint drive continuous improvement orchestrate prioritizations of initiatives project management etc.
• Help businesses to learn apply and maintain (SAP) technologies including building systems (SAP) support strategy that involves revisiting designing managing and developing/optimizing data models key processes automation providing user support and keeping the complex (SAP) system landscape running smoothly
• Work closely with the Digital Delivery organization and have ownership of strategic development and maintenance of the finance digital landscape
• Coordinate prioritization foras for finance related development
• Represent finance in preparation work for overall ITdevelopment initiatives
• Oversee digital development work mainly for finance related development

Who you are

Experience and knowledge:

• Proven leadership experience
• Solid experience in SAP and in Financial Processes and IT solutions
• Proven experience in Process development methods and tools
• Good understanding of how an automotive company operates
• A genuine end to end business interest
• University degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or equivalent

• Have an architectural mind that expands outside the core financial Digital solutions
• Problem solving oriented but with an underlying mission of building for the long term
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentations skills

In addition not be afraid to roll up the sleeves and get involved seeking to go outside comfort zone to learn and develop. You also have a strong analytical and problemsolving skills and enjoy the challenge of running your own initiatives.
