How does your working day look like
Together with our Cluster General Manager and two Hotel Managers the P&C Director is responsible for bringing the best staff on board and making sure that the team has everything it needs for both hotels in Copenhagen. Working in direct contact with staff youll not only make sure that their salary appears in their account in good time but also that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys working with us. The role is critical in shaping the employee experience and fostering a supportive and highperforming work environment. Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- Youve had several years of professional experience in HR management at a hotel or catering facility and speak Danish and English fluently
- You have a strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations
- You have strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
- You have high level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism
- Youll bring to the job assertiveness consistency and team spirit so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management
- You can inspire colleagues and support their development
- Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it
