As a leader in this role youll own your region drive sellers success and manage a dynamic team of Field Sales Executives. What Youll Do:
  • Meet with sellers onboard them to ShopDeck and guide them in building and running successful online stores.
  • Lead mentor and support your team of Field Sales Executives to ensure targets are met and deals are closed.
  • Work closely with sellers across different categories helping them grow their businesses through our platform.

A Day in Your Life at ShopDeck:
  • Engage with sellers educate them on ShopDecks services and onboard them to our platform.
  • Support your team in closing deals and managing their performance to ensure they hit their sales goals.
  • Solve business challenges by collaborating with sellers and ensuring their success in D2C.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Sales Expertise: 2 years of field sales or direct clientfacing experience with a preference for digital media software or technology sales.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing a team with a track record of hitting sales goals.
  • Ecommerce Knowledge: A solid understanding of ecommerce activities and how to drive success in this space.
  • Local Market Insight: Extensive knowledge of your local market combined with fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
