Job Description

Job Type: FullTime / PartTime
Location: Noida/ Pune

Criteria for Freshers Must be BE/B.Tech from CS IT or Electronics

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting order tracking and account management.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
