Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Analyst Intern to assist our HR department in executing various human resource functions. This internship will provide you with handson experience in HR analytics recruitment and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
- Analyze HR data and generate insightful reports on recruitment employee performance and retention trends.
- Support in creating and updating job descriptions policies and HR documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and support internal communication.
- Work with HR management on daytoday HR operations and process improvements.
- Contribute to payroll attendance and benefits tracking processes.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
