Position Overview:
As a Technical Customer Support representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers helping them resolve their technical issues and queries. This role involves addressing client concerns providing accurate technical solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries through various communication channels including calls emails and chats.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software hardware and applications.
- Provide stepbystep technical support to customers and resolve their issues efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical problems to higherlevel support teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely followups with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quick and accurate problem resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science (CS) Information Technology (IT) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT fundamentals including networking software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Problemsolving Skills: Ability to think critically troubleshoot and provide effective solutions to customer problems.
- Customerfocused: A positive attitude towards customer service with a keen focus on solving problems.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle a fastpaced environment and learn new technologies quickly.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or project experience in IT/Technical support (though not mandatory).
- Familiarity with any CRM or ticketing system is a plus.
