Telecaller

• Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about EduFund s products or services.
• Answer questions about the companys offerings and resolve any client concerns.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle grievances if required.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine sales pitches and campaigns.

• NISM VA certification is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and telecalling tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English Hindi and regional languages is a plus.
