Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and resultoriented Telecaller to join our education/coaching institute. The Telecaller will play a key role in communicating with prospective students and parents to promote our courses address inquiries and drive enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills persuasive abilities and a passion for the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential leads students and parents to inform them about our courses programs and offers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and convert prospective leads into enrollments by providing accurate and engaging information.
- Counseling: Understand the needs of students and parents and suggest appropriate courses and programs.
- FollowUps: Maintain consistent followup with leads to ensure timely enrollments and build longterm relationships.
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems or databases with details of inquiries leads and enrollments.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and parents to improve service quality and course offerings.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the sales marketing and counseling teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily weekly and monthly call and enrollment targets as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in telecalling sales or customer service preferably in the education sector. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Tamil Hindi etc.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
- Sales Acumen: Persuasive and goaloriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- ProblemSolving: Ability to address and resolve student or parent concerns effectively.
