Job Description
Location Gurgaon( Onsite Role)
Shift Timings 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Gurgaon ( 3 PM to 12 AM)
Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher can apply)
5 Days working and SatSun fixed Off
Job Description:
- Responsible for the Complete Endtoend Recruitment cycle from sourcing screening calling and interviewing till Successful Onboarding.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and networking events to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
- Establish and maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends competitor practices and market insights.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Skills & Competencies required:
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Out of the box thinker. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment
- Adaptive and receptive attitude.
- Good understanding of JOBS PORTAL LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in handling recruitment databases
- Handle problems and work with the team effectively.
