We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions focusing on delivering effective HR processes and enhancing employee management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions to optimize HR processes and improve employee management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective SAP SFEC solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP SFEC module to meet business needs focusing on core HR functions such as employee data management organizational management and reporting.
- Conduct thorough analysis and design of HR processes related to employee lifecycle management and data integrity.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SFEC functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SFEC modules ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SFEC configurations and business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
