Job Description

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) Consultant
Locations: Bangalore Hyderabad
Experience Range: 515 years
Compensation:per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions focusing on delivering effective HR processes and enhancing employee management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions to optimize HR processes and improve employee management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective SAP SFEC solutions.
  • Configure and customize the SAP SFEC module to meet business needs focusing on core HR functions such as employee data management organizational management and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and design of HR processes related to employee lifecycle management and data integrity.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SFEC functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SFEC modules ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SFEC configurations and business processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SFEC modules.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
