Position: Senior SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Specialist (Plant Maintenance)

Job Description
The Senior SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Specialist (Plant Maintenance) will lead transformation initiatives across asset management and maintenance processes focusing on SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) within the S/4HANA environment. With a deep understanding of asset management and the complexities of plant maintenance this role is key to ensuring seamless transitions and optimization of maintenance processes in alignment with organizational goals.
With over 12 years of experience the Senior Specialist will provide strategic guidance streamline maintenance workflows and manage the endtoend migration process to S/4HANA. This position demands strong leadership in managing crossfunctional projects expertise in asset management best practices and an ability to drive process innovation.

Key Responsibilities
S/4HANA Migration and Implementation
Lead and manage the migration of SAP Plant Maintenance modules to S/4HANA including data migration system configuration and integration.
Develop and implement migration strategies to ensure minimal disruption to maintenance and asset management operations.
Oversee testing phases (unit integration UAT) to validate process efficiency and system functionality postmigration.
Asset Management and Plant Maintenance Optimization
Evaluate and enhance asset management and plant maintenance processes by leveraging S/4HANA capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions for preventive maintenance corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance within S/4HANA.
Implement best practices for equipment management asset lifecycle tracking and spare parts inventory management.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
Act as the main point of contact for maintenance and asset management transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and managing stakeholder expectations.
Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress risk management and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and maintenance teams.
Risk and Compliance Management
Ensure that S/4HANA configurations for plant maintenance and asset management adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement risk management strategies for maintenance and asset management to address potential issues during and after migration.
Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
Lead continuous improvement efforts by utilizing insights from S/4HANA implementation to optimize asset and maintenance workflows.
Mentor and train teams on S/4HANA asset management and maintenance best practices enhancing the organization s expertise in SAPdriven maintenance management.

Primary Skills and Qualifications
Experience
12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management with a focus on S/4HANA migration for assetintensive industries.
S/4HANA Asset Management Expertise
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance modules.
Proven experience in leading endtoend S/4HANA migration projects including data migration configuration integration and compliance with asset management requirements.

Ability to align SAP Asset Management initiatives with the organization s overall maintenance strategy and asset lifecycle objectives.
