Job Description
The Senior SAP S/4HANA Sales and Vistex Specialist will lead transformation initiatives in sales operations pricing and rebate management emphasizing SAP S/4HANA and Vistex integration. This role requires a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in SAP Sales (SD) and Vistex within the S/4HANA environment. With a profound understanding of sales processes pricing strategies and rebate programs the role is essential for optimizing sales performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
With 15 years of experience the Senior Specialist will drive strategic guidance optimize sales workflows and manage the endtoend S/4HANA and Vistex integration. This position demands strong leadership in managing crossfunctional projects expertise in pricing and rebate best practices and the ability to drive innovation across sales and pricing functions.
Key Responsibilities
S/4HANA and Vistex Migration and Implementation
Lead and manage the migration of SAP Sales (SD) and Vistex solutions to S/4HANA including data migration system configuration and integration.
Develop and implement migration strategies to ensure minimal disruption to sales operations and pricing functions.
Oversee testing phases (unit integration UAT) to validate sales processes pricing accuracy and rebate functionality postmigration.
Sales Pricing and Rebate Optimization
Evaluate and enhance sales processes by leveraging S/4HANA and Vistex capabilities in areas such as order management pricing and rebate agreements.
Implement best practices for pricing management revenue recognition and rebate programs to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions for dynamic pricing promotions and rebate settlement.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
Serve as the primary contact for sales transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and managing stakeholder expectations.
Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress risk management and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Risk and Compliance Management
Ensure that S/4HANA and Vistex configurations for sales and pricing adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement risk management strategies for sales pricing and rebate management to address potential issues during and after migration.
Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
Lead continuous improvement efforts by utilizing insights from S/4HANA and Vistex implementation to optimize sales and pricing workflows.
Mentor and train teams on S/4HANA Sales and Vistex best practices enhancing the organization s expertise in SAPdriven sales and pricing management.
Primary Skills and Qualifications
Experience
15 years of experience in SAP Sales (SD) and Vistex with a focus on S/4HANA migration for complex sales and pricing operations.
S/4HANA Sales and Vistex Expertise
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Vistex including pricing strategies rebate management and ordertocash processes.
Proven experience in leading endtoend S/4HANA migration projects including data migration configuration and integration with sales and pricing requirements.
Strategic Vision and Sales Planning
Ability to align SAP Sales and Vistex initiatives with the organization s sales strategy and pricing objectives.
Project Management Skills
Expertise in managing complex migration projects including budgeting resource allocation timeline management and risk mitigation.
Compliance and Risk Management
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management within the SAP sales and pricing framework ensuring compliance and system integrity.
