Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Generalist with 24 years of experience to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Onboard new employees ensuring a smooth transition into the company through orientation and training.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
