The Administrative Service Specialist will be responsible for providing financial and general administrative support to the Admin Manager. Whilst working closely with the Admin Manager the Administrative Service Specialist will provide administrative support to the Hyderabad office maintaining the smooth running of the associated office
General Administration
To provide administrative support for the all daytoday office administrative activities.
To be responsible for maintaining a full contract database including copies of contracts and insurance certificates
To support with maintaining supplier setup
Provide a customer facing approach to all enquiries at the office often as the first point of contact for visitors. Answering the telephone and professionally dealing with all queries and complaints.
Opening and distributing of incoming post and producing all outgoing correspondence on behalf of the office.
To ensure general office maintenance like Housekeeping / Pest Control/ Hygiene / Mechanical / sanitary / plumbing / Pantry Management / Air Conditioners/ First Aid box / carpentry & Minor repairs etc.
Handling procurement negotiation and Vendor Management.
Monitor work performance of support staff (Housekeeping security personnel)
Updating Inventory and asset register.
Handling CCTV ACD UPS
Day to day interface with Suppliers Contractors Operations & Maintenance Personnel for undertaking routine and ad hoc activities.
Initiate vendor payments
To be part of ERT team and take care of fire and safety systems
